Technical Assistance

We recognize that at some point during training an employee may need assistance with certain concepts. Enrollees will have access to a minimum of (7) qualified instructors by phone or email, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST. We are committed to providing an accurate response to the questions our students have in the quickest manner possible. It is possible that an instructor will have to research the question and meet with other instructors to provide an accurate answer to the technical question.
