30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase of any item (excluding on-demand video and special order items), NLC will issue you a full refund of the purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and less shipping fees to and from your home. Items must be unopened, in brand new condition and in all original packaging. Items cannot be returned because of shipping delays, which are often out of NLC's control, unless a delivery date was guaranteed in writing by an NLC associate. Items that are damaged in transit cannot be returned under this policy (see delivery inspection details). All items that are eligible for our 30 day return policy must be returned to NLC and inside the store within 30 days from the date of product delivery as shown on your Bill/Invoice. You must call NLC to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization before returning any products. Please call for assistance to arrange return shipping on any products. Contact the products division if you are unsure of which products are covered under this warranty.

Delivery Inspection
Thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting delivery. If you refuse delivery, please note on your shipping receipt refusal due to damaged contents and a detailed description of the damage. All damages must be reported to NLC within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. If your items are damaged during transit and it is not noted as described above, NLC has the right to refuse return, exchange or reimbursement of any portion of the sale.
Other Returns and Exchanges
Other returns and exchanges can be made on a case-by-case basis with approval of an NLC associate. Please call the products division before purchasing any item of which you are unsure about the return policy.
Cancellation Fee
There will be a 10% fee charged for any canceled orders after your payment has been processed. Custom orders and clearance items cannot be canceled for any reason unless approved in writing by NLC. If your order has already been shipped, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges in addition to the restocking fees.
Product Availability
Due to product availability and manufacturer discontinuations, NLC has the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund. You will be notified via phone, email, or other reliable address you have provided.
