LCP enrollment

We currently have over 1600 students enrolled in the LCP from all across the country. To enroll in the Lineworker Certification Program, please review the information below to download and print the 2010 enrollment package and forms. Completed forms can be emailed to lcp@lineman.edu or faxed to (208) 493-3099. All downloads require Acrobat Reader.

For NEW company enrollments, please download and complete the New Company Enrollment Package. *Please note that the New Company Enrollment Package requires the services of a notary public. Emailed and faxed copies will be accepted to begin production of the training materials, however, the original notarized document must be received prior to shipment of the training materials.

For EXISTING companies that want to enroll new trainees in the program, please download and complete the LCP Enrollment Form. 

For EXISTING companies that want to order modules for existing trainees, please download and complete the LCP Re-Enrollment Form. 

Company representatives will receive an email confirmation when the enrollment has been completed and the order placed.
