One of the most exciting aspects of being an employee at Northwest Lineman College is the growth of our organization and the ability to provide career opportunities to others. Individuals that are selected for employment at NLC have demonstrated a high level of passion, pride, integrity and professionalism throughout their careers. Two such individuals are Stan Hansen and Mel La Flam. Stan and Mel were recently selected to wear the NLC triangle and become a member of NLC's growing services and programs. Stan and Mel will provide training as Field Training Specialists in NLC's Electrical Lineworker Program (ELP).
Stan has over 36 years of experience in the power delivery industry and has had the privilege to work as a journey level lineworker and district supervisor for utilities in Idaho and Montana.
