To maintain the benchmark standard, NLC will always seek to improve student safety and train students using the most current industry standard. Therefore, NLC has implemented a 100% Attachment Policy, requiring Electrical Lineworker students to use the Bucksqueeze and Bucksqueeze Adjuster while climbing wood poles. This is a new piece of equipment required of all ELP students which will enhance safety and preparation for entry into the industry.
